Q: QuestionOn precision fill, the clothes are moistened but no appreciable water is in the tub; the 'fill' light blinks on and off continously but the machine does not reach the wash cycle. The medium fill setting puts in less than an inch in the tub. What's wrong?
Asked by Charles.
- A:Answer When I use precision fill, it fills the machine to the appropriate level needed without me guessing whether I should select large or super. Try unplugging it and let it reset. I'm not certain that will work, but if not call the manufacturer. There may be an issue with your particular unit.

Q: Questionmy washing machine vibrates and wobbles in place on spin on every wash. Technician has NOT fixed this on the first or second visit.
Asked by BOBO.
- A:Answer As I wrote in my review, the only thing I don't like about the machine is if a load gets partially off center it goes crazy and jumps around, wobbles and would damage the wall next to it and my dryer next to it. I have never had a machine that was that violent. You have to stop it and rearrange the clothes so they are somewhat even around tub and it will spin cycle just fine, has a very fast spin cycle. That is the problem I have had. If yours does this when even adjusting the load, then I think you do have a problem
