“After this washer “senses and fills” how long does it just sit there before actually beginning to wash? It’s been 4 hours and I’ve only completely finished (washed, dried, folded, and put away) 1 load of laundry! I do not have the “soak” turned on.”

• I don't use the sense and fill for that reason. Just select a sized load.

• Hi ER3S- The Normal / Colors wash cycle is approximately 40 minutes. It takes about 20-30 seconds for the machine to sense the load and engage the drive system after the water has stopped filling. Keep in touch at 1-800-626-2005 or GEAppliances.com - SUE@GEA
