QuestionCold water rinse only or can I adjust it to rinse in warm water?Reason I ask is that I have spring water and it is about 20 to 25 degree's colder than the municipal water so my fabric softener jells up because my spring water is so cold.

- Answer Dugndeep, you can choose the WARM temp setting instead of Cold or Hot. This Washer has built in sensors that will detect if the water is too hot and will adjust it by introducing cold water into the tub. Hope that helps. As a side note, I only buy GE. My last one lasted 25 years.

If you take a look at pg. 15 of your Owner's Manual, you should see a few diagrams that show clothing load and water level that should help to clear things up. QuestionIf you get an unbalanced load with this washer, does the washer automatically shut off?

- Answer Hi SusieQ- The washer does not turn off with an unbalanced load. If an out-of-balance condition is detected by the washer, the Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle. For reference, see page 13 of the Use and Care Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90576-3.pdf - Pair with GE® 7.2 cu. ft. QuestionWhen does the SOAK light come on? I have had to wait for the water to fill and the WASH cycle to start before pressing the PAUSE. The lights begin with FILL and jump directly to WASH? Has anyone had the SOAK light come on? What is it's purpose?

- Answer Hi - The Soak cycle indicator will light any time the washer pauses to soak. While this happens primarily in Delicates, it can occur in other cycles as well, including Deep Clean cycle (it will not soak in all cycles). QuestionThe info on the lid of this washer at Best Buy states: HE:No. That's why I bought this. Owners manual states HE detergent reccomended, no where on the washer does it indicate HE. Can regular detergent be used? Very disappointed.

QuestionSo when the lock light is on and the load is finished do you have to wait several minutes before it unlocks or does it do it right away?… Also if someone were to try to open it when it’s locked and the lock brakes does the washer still work?
