A:AnswerDugndeep,
you can choose the WARM temp setting instead of Cold or Hot. This Washer has built in sensors that will detect if the water is too hot and will adjust it by introducing cold water into the tub. Hope that helps.
As a side note, I only buy GE. My last one lasted 25 years.

A:AnswerHi - Estimated Yearly Electricity Use is 184 kWh. Estimated Yearly Energy Cost (when used with an electric water heater) is $22. Estimated Yearly Operating Cost (when used with a natural gas water heater) is $14. Your cost will depend on your utility rates and use. We suggest to view the Energy Guide at the following link for details: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=EnergyGuide%20GTW335A%20v2019-01.pdf - Thanks for your interest! A:AnswerHello Sanswasher. The washer model GTW335ASNWW is manufactured by GE Appliances. This model capacity is 4.2 cu.ft and it features a Heavy-Duty Agitator. Thanks for checking. Olga
A:AnswerHi SusieQ- The washer does not turn off with an unbalanced load. If an out-of-balance condition is detected by the washer, the Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle. For reference, see page 13 of the Use and Care Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90576-3.pdf - Pair with GE® 7.2 cu. ft. Capacity Electric Dryer GTD33EASKWW (Gas GTD33GASKWW). Thanks for viewing GE! Sue
A:AnswerHi - The Soak cycle indicator will light any time the washer pauses to soak. While this happens primarily in Delicates, it can occur in other cycles as well, including Deep Clean cycle (it will not soak in all cycles). We suggest to view pages 9-10 of the Owner's Manual (Cycle Details): https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90576-3.pdf - Thanks for choosing GE.
