A:AnswerNo window, but it has a deep wide tub, that’s what matters most to me. The delivery service was excellent, they put my washer and dryer in place, hooked both up ready to use. I loved that. Nice guys too.

A:AnswerHello - Great question! This model washer allows you to set the water level. This is a high-efficiency washer and you may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous unit. It's not recommended to manually add more water to the washer. We're very glad that you checked. -Mikayla@GEA

A:AnswerHi there, and thanks for reaching out to us about this. We appreciate your interest, and are glad to advise. Most of our top-load washers, including this model, are manufactured in Louisville, Kentucky. We strive to maximize the U.S. content in our products, and while some parts are simply not made in the U.S. or must be purchased globally, this model does contain 70 to 90% U.S. content. We hope this information is helpful, and are glad to assist with any other concerns. Wishing you all the best! - Sarah@GEA

A:AnswerHello- Thanks so much for checking with us. The agitator is what moves the clothes around and works to help clean them. The washer shouldn't be used without the agitator in place. If you have any additional questions in the future. Please let us know. We are here to help! Joyce@GEA
A:AnswerHi - This will occur when water becomes trapped in the fill nozzle (fill tube) at the top of the wash basket after the water shuts off after filling. Often the nozzle doesn't immediately drain all of the remaining water, so after some time (even a few hours later), the water tension holding in the water breaks and the last amount of water is released or spurted from the fill nozzle. It is similar to the small spurt or burst of water that sometimes comes out of a bathroom shower head or faucet after the water is turned off. This is normal. We're glad you checked. All our best! A:AnswerHi there, and thanks for reaching out to us about this washer. We appreciate your interest! While this unit is not considered high efficiency, it is nonetheless efficient to conform to the standards set by the Department of Energy and uses only 184 kWh annually. The washer features 4.2 cubic feet of capacity, and should be able to accommodate your comforter if it fits that amount of space. Most comforters will wash well in our washers as long as the item fits below the balance ring and isn't stuffed in tightly. This model does also have both a bleach dispenser (in the front left corner) and a fabric softener dispenser (in the center of the agitator). We hope this information is helpful, and are happy to assist if you have any other questions or concerns. Best wishes! -Sarah@GEA
