Q: Questionwhere do the bleach and fabric softener go? There are holes on the top of the drum, but they are not marked.

• A:Answer The bleach dispenser is located in the lower left corner of the washer top and the fabric softener is added to a "cup" that is placed on top of the agitator. Both are explained in the online Owner's Manual.

• A:Answer I have a 32 year old Kenmore top loader which didn't empty. i bailed out about 9 gallons of soapy water. It is 25"X'25"X 44". How on earth do you suppose a washer nearly that size could hold 26 gallons?
