Question1. When I look at this model (Model # GTW685BPLDG) on the GE web page it specifies that it has WiFI/cell phone operation. The Best Buy web page does not mention WiFi. I am confused 2. Where is the lit filter? 3. Delivery to cellar okay?

QuestionFor the GTW680 model, where do you add color safe.bleach like Clorox2? I just bought the machine and see a liquid bleach dispenser (which specifies using chlorine bleach), a fabric softener and detergent tray. Not sure what to do with color safe bleach.

- Answer After it has filled with water, I hit pause...allow for it to unlock it's lid, and add it to the basin.

QuestionI purchased this washer a few months ago, thinking it had a prewash cycle (fill, agitate, drain, spin) so I could soak dirty clothes and GET RID OF DIRTY WATER before washing with a normal cycle. To my dismay, I cannot figure out how to do this!

Questiondo you need to keep the lip open on a stainless steel washing machine to keep the machine from rusting?

- Answer Hi Mary- While the smooth stainless steel basket is rust resistant, washer odors are usually caused by leaving the washer lid closed when not in use. This does not allow air to circulate and dry out the moisture remaining in the tub area. The air and moisture mixture becomes stagnant and creates an odor. When the washer is not in use, leaving the lid up/open for air circulation will help prevent odor.
