And another thing about the washer is, it's supposed to be energy efficient. Auto doesn't fill with enough water. "Low" you might be able to wash 4 or 5 small items, Medium, a few more. High, Max, and Deep fill using the "Bulky" setting if it's a larger load.

This model has a Dual Action Agitator, and the top portion only rotates in one direction as it locks onto the agitator in one direction and rotates freely in the other. This auger action moves clothes downward in the center towards the agitator base where mechanical cleaning action takes place. The bottom portion of the Dual Action Agitator moves in both directions (back and forth).
