• There is a cup in the middle of the agitator where the liquid softener goes.

• On the top of the agitator there's a cup that fits in the end. Just put your fabric softener in it. It comes out as well if you want to remove it and clean it.

• in the agitator - in the top of the agitator there is a place to pour in liquid fabric softener.
