We'd like to assist with the issue you're having with the fabric softener not dispensing. We recommend checking to be sure residue isn’t present in the dispenser. Using a warmer wash temperature can be helpful if you’re using a powder, to help it dissolve; we recommend ensuring the water temperature is at least 120°F. What to check when residual powder is in the dispenser or the dispensers are otherwise clogged is discussed on page 27 of the manual; the manual is available on Best Buy’s product page under the ‘Features’ section. It’s linked at the bottom. You can also try disconnecting the washer from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it.
