“Had for a few months & has a constant bad chemical smell. It’s to the point I don’t even want to use it because the smell is so strong. How can I get rid of this or do I need to call a tech to look at it? Nothing has been washed that had chemicals on it.”

I would use a washing machine cleaner pod or white vinegar with your load
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only had mine for a month. No smell. Are you on well water or city? Some well have high concentration of iron and sulfates. There are products you can add to the washer to clean it out
