Hello, Good question! We first want to congratulate you on the new appliance. Your business is greatly appreciated and we'd love to help. The washer not filling up is normal. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. If you'd like to have more water we suggest using the Deep Fill option. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Take care! -Sylvia@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.IT TAKES SOME PLAYING - IT'S TRYING TO SENSE WHAT YOU NEED. PUSH THE DEEP FILL ( I THINK THAT'S WHAT IT'S CALLED) FOR 1 THING & LEAVE IT ON PERMANENTLY. WE ALSO SET IT TO DEEP RINSE ALSO ( OR EXTRA RINSE? I'M NOT AT HOME TO LOOK AT IT)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is a pile of crap. You will wind up filling up buckets of water to wash clothes
