Did the packing bolts get taken out from the bottom? That’s one reason why it might be vibrating a ton.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey there, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear your washer is vibrating. We can imagine this is worrisome and we're happy to help. We first recommend checking the following: 1) First, please know the washer is designed to move 1/4” to reduce forces transmitted to the floor. This movement is normal. 2) Make sure the washer is level. 3) Unbalanced loads can cause the washer to vibrate more. Pause the unit, open the door, and manually redistribute the load. To check the machine, run a rinse and spin cycle with no load. If the washer's level of vibration is normal, the unbalance was caused by the wash load. 4) The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. If you've checked all these aspects and your washer still seems to be vibrating more than it should, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). We hope this is all found useful and we're wishing you the very best. - Guy@GEA
