“Is this washer compatible with an older GE riser for a GE washer, same dimensions? I have one purchased in 2015 for my old washer but I can't find the part number. Does installation include installing the old riser to the new washer if compatible?”

Hello- We appreciate your question and are happy to help! The riser used for the above washer is GFR0728SNWW. If you've confirmed your previous washer is the same exact size as this new one, the screw holes should be in the same location and be fine. However, we would recommend confirming. If you have your previous washer model number available we can see which riser you have. The model will be under the lid or on the back of the washer. Typically this would be part of installation, but we recommend verifying with your sales associate that they can install this for you.
