That's usually caused by overloading the washer with clothes, thus considered a "heavy" or "bulky" load. Make sure it's properly set to the amount, or heaviness of your laundry load first before starting the washer.

We're sorry to hear you have water remaining in the drum and totally understand how this can be concerning. -- The unit could be having issues with draining the water at the end of the cycle. We strongly suggest checking that the drain hose isn't kinked or improperly connected. Please straighten the drain hose, if necessary, and make sure washer is not sitting on it. We also recommend making sure that the drain hose isn't pushed too far down the drain. Please ensure that there is an air gap between hose and drain to guarantee appropriate draining.
