Hi there - thanks for reaching out. We're sorry that you're experiencing an issue with the water in your front load washer and we want to help. If water is not entering the washer, you'll see a Consumer Help Indicator message that reads "H20 SUPPLY." If this is the case, we suggest checking your house water supply. It's possible that one or both water supply valves have not been turned on after installation or coming back from vacation. Additionally, we recommend running the washer through a complete cycle and checking for wet/damp clothes at the end to make sure it is working properly.
