I just installed the same washing machine. I have been having the same problem. The softener is dispensed at the same time as the detergent. I have not overfilled it. During the rinse cycle the prewash soap dispenser is dispensed. If I use the rinse and spin cycle, the prewash soap dispenser is also used again. I know this because I sat there in front of my machine for an entire cycle, used small cups in all the dispenser areas to judge the dispensing of all of the compartments. The prewash compartment dispensed as it should when prewash was selected. This is appears to be a computer programming problem. It was programmed wrong and needs to be fixed.
