Hello Olga - We appreciate the interest and will be happy to share more more about this wonderful washer. The unit has a heater that is only used to reach higher temperatures for the Sanitize function. Normal wash cycles use incoming water from your home water heater and the hottest temperature available on this unit is approximately 110 degrees F. Keep in touch! - John@GEA
