Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does not come with hoses. I got a plumber who provided me with stainless/metal hoses. If Best Buy installs the washer, you will have to buy hoses, and I know the ones they originally brought were rubber. (I was originally going to have Best Buy install it, but things did not work out) It does not have an agitator.

Please try again later.It does not come with hoses; Best Buy will make you buy their off-brand approx 6-foot long braided stainless steel (SS) hoses for something like $28 or so. I found some 4-foot braided SS GE hoses that I preferred so was able to return the unused BBuy hoses. As for agitator, this model (GTW720BSNWS) doesn’t have a post agitator (I didn’t want one) but somehow gets the clothes clean just fine. If you want a post agitator, GE offers a model that appears to be otherwise identical to this one that has the spiral post agitator but claims 4.6 cu ft capacity vice 4.8 for this model.
