Is this high efficiency? null

It says that the washer is HE...however like a lot of washers when it says it has 5 minutes to go, five minutes translates to 15 minutes in real time. So I am not sure how this is efficient.

This is a HE washer....how much you can measure, I am not really sure. It seems like even on the quick cycle it runs forever. I would think the HE is in the water that it takes to actually wash your clothes, which is simply immeasurable.
