“Not sure my griddle is made of non-stick aluminum or cast iron. Looks like it’s the same material as the grates on both sides. How do I find out?”

• The griddle is the same as the grates. I've had more expensive GE Profile ranges in the past that have cast iron grates and griddles. Much to my surprise, however we don't have an issue with food sticking to this griddle.
