I wonder if selecting for a bulkier load would give you more water, i.e. play around a bit with different types of wash settings? I know front load washers are supposed to require less water...you sure you really need it?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe because the 850 has a very advanced feature, namely the wash and dry while still in the washer function. I feel as you do that the "more water" button should be there. Some machines have a trick to force more water per wash. You can find videos about how to do it on YouTube. My Electrolux can't be easily modified in the manner. (on some Samsungs, there is an adjudgment screw).
