Yes, they provide instructions which seem simple.

Yes, mine came set up for washer left, dryer right. I am happy with that but it looks like removing 8 phillips head fasteners will allow you to reverse the hinge and the latch.

Yes, instructions are included in both installation manuals. Pretty easy process, even if the Geek Squad guy didn't want to do it, and told me it couldn't be done.
