“The chime sounds stopped working recently I don't know how to turn them back on.”

There are 3 settings for the chime volume and a no chime option as well. I don't think the chime is loud enough but I wonder if you accidently turned it off.

We'd love to help you with the features of this washer. If you can no longer hear the chime sounds, you may need to adjust the volume on the appliance. To change this setting on washer and the press pad, push the "Sound" button as many times as necessary, until you reach the desired sound level. This model has four volume levels, including the option to turn it off. We have provided a link to the Owner's manual as well. Information on sound can be found on page 8.
