“Is the rubber ring at the top of the tub supposed to move around so much? Also, washed my first load of towels and had to redistribute several times. ended up having to remove partially to get them to spin out :/ and can't reach the bottom without step.”

Hi Muff - Thanks for reaching out and for choosing this high-efficiency washer for your home! We are sorry to hear of the trouble you have had in washing your towels and are happy to offer you some guidance in this. The movement you are describing is due to the auto balance suspension system design that allows all our washer tubs to move freely to withstand out of balance situations. This is normal! - However, you should not find that you must redistribute items throughout the wash cycle. If your items are too wet, make sure that you have a spin cycle selected and that the cycle selected matches the load you are washing according to pages 8-9 of your Use and Care Manual. Page 6 will also offer you guidance on how to properly load your washer in hopes of preventing this. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any additional questions.
