- Answer The bottom element is not concealed. This model only has the hot clean feature. Please go to geapplicances.com. for pictures and manual/data sheet

QuestionI have ruined the glass top by burning a pan on it.....can I replace just the cook top part of this over or have to purchase a new oven. If I can replace the glass top portion ...how do I go about it?

QuestionHow frequently should the fan cycle during convection? Ours seems to stay on for less than 30 seconds, will be off for a minute or so. Is this normal?

In the Convection mode, the fan will cycle on and off and spins in one direction during fan operation (convection) mode.
