Yes. I’ve had my GE model JB735 for 4 days and the air fryer does not work. The convection fans don’t turn on. Been trying to cook small boneless chicken breasts using the air fryer for 40 minutes now. They aren’t cooked yet. The heat comes on but no convection for air fryer mode. Called GE service and I had to set up a service call. Wasn’t even given a window for when the repair man would arrive. They will be here any time on Tuesday. So I have to wait around all day for a service technician to come and fix my brand new range.
