have owned the stove for a few months and have not noticed fingerprints per see. However, this does not mean that it is finger print resistant. I just haven't noticed fingerprints. What is more annoying to me is the cooktop. It is easy to scratch even if you are trying your best to take care of it. I suppose that this is the nature of all glass cooktops.
