A:Answer The black porcelain cooktop can be cleaned using a mild solution of dish detergent and warm water. The stainless backsplash, storage drawer front and other stainless trim can be cleaned using a stainless steel polish or cream. Using any other type of cleaner could leave behind a residue that smears or streaks and is difficult to remove. For additional information, the Owner's Manual is available under the Features tab.
