Hi - Thank you for your interest in our beautiful slide-in range. As the oven temperature rises, you will see the temperature change until it reaches your "set" temperature. The display will then continue to show the "set" temperature until the oven is turned off. This unit offers a single "hot surface" indicator on the cooktop surface.
