If you are using a recipe or frozen product that specified an air fryer temperature, the temperature may be too low. I found when I set the air fryer to the temperature stated on package or recipe for conventional ovens the air fryer will automatically adjust it to air fryer temperature. If you begin with air fry temperature on package the adjusted temp will be too low..
