“Is an oven probe included to use with the convection roasting feature? Also, it is stated that a printed manual is included. Then why do people's comments state that the manual is only available on-line? I am hoping this is not the case.”

Many GE Appliances products include a Quick Start Guide only and not a complete Owner's Manual. As you have mentioned we do offer the Owner's Manuals as well as Installation Instructions online to be viewed, downloaded or printed from our website if needed. Then why does it say a printed owners manual & cooktop cleaning cream are included. . . Please respond GE customers service??

It does not come with oven prob or a manual. I went to Best Buy and they printed a manual for me. There is a lot to know about all this stoves’ features.
