Hi Mary- Temperatures can vary by + 30 degrees and down – 30 degrees as the oven cycles on and off. This is common. Oven temperature is also affected by door openings. If your new range or wall oven doesn't cook like your old one, this can be normal. Your new oven has a different cooking system from your old oven and therefore may cook differently than your old oven. For the first few uses, follow your recipe times and temperatures carefully and use the rack positions recommended in the Owner's Manual. You can also test to see if your oven is cooking properly using the "biscuit test".
