Q: QuestionDoes the bottom have wheels on the bottom since it is called a "slide in" -- so it will be easier to clean behind it occasionally? Does it require specific types of pots/pans to be able to cook on the top?

• A:Answer No, it does not have wheels. It is defined as a slide-in due to the location of the controls and due to the range not having a backsplash at the back. This range offers a radiant cooktop. Your pots and pans must be flat on the bottom to make proper contact with the range top. • A:Answer This range does not have a downdraft, nor is it downdraft compatible. Downdraft vents can be installed with most gas and electric cooktops; however, they cannot be used with rangetop cooktops or ranges. If you are wanting to vent your range, you can choose either a 30" vent hood or over the range microwave.

• A:Answer Thanks for checking with us. This model needs a 40 Amp 4-Wire Cord or 3-Wire Cord. You will want to look at your homes receptacle to see what you will need before purchasing the cord. Q: QuestionWhat are the 2 grey blocks on the back on each side of GE slide in Range oven model Model GRS500PVSS? One of the grey block touches the power cord plug and prevent the Range to be pushed all the way to the wall against my backsplash. Thanks

• A:Answer This range is not anti-scratch. Be careful not to slide pots and pans across the cooktop because it will leave metal markings on the surface. These marks are removable using the ceramic cooktop cleaner with a non-scratch cleaning pad for ceramic cooktops.

The closest design we have is a 27” cabinet width drop-in electric range that comes in a black finish (as model JM250DTBB) and a white finish (as model JM250DTWW).
