your gas line is probably in the way

The dimensions are shown in the shaded area of the “Dimensions and Clearances” section on page 2 of the Installation Instructions, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. -- You can also check that the Anti-Tip Bracket was installed properly, with full instructions in the section titled “Anti-Tip Device Installation” on page 4 of the Installation Instructions.
