• A:Answer This range model comes equipped with continuous grates (2 total pieces, 1 on each side) and an integrated griddle (1 piece in the center). The continuous grate creates a continuous geometric patterned surface, allowing pans to slide to other burners without lifting the pan. • A:Answer Steam clean is intended to clean small spills using water and a lower cleaning temperature than Self-Clean. The steam clean cycle is designed to sufficiently heat the water added to the oven bottom at the beginning of the steam clean cycle, so that it increases in temperature and can then condense onto food soils, softening them and making them easier to remove. You can read more about the Steam Clean cycle on page 25 of the Use and Care Manual which is located in the "From the Manufacturer" section of this product page. - Julia@GEAppliances
