This range model comes equipped with continuous grates (2 total pieces, 1 on each side) and an integrated griddle (1 piece in the center). The continuous grate creates a continuous geometric patterned surface, allowing pans to slide to other burners without lifting the pan. This model is also compatible with an optional center grate that can be interchanged with the griddle. The grate is model JXGRATE2. Lauren@GEAppliances
