“Love the stove. The only thing I dislike so far is the Tone Volume. I have gone into the Special Features Menu, Sound Volume (Snd), the only options are ON and OFF. No Volume options. It's too low, cannot hear in the next room. Firmware update, maybe? Pls”

There are 2 settings for Sound Volume. ON and OFF. There are no levels in this oven's software. Even the manual says so. If you think there are, you are incorrect. From the manual: Sound Volume (Snd) This feature allows the oven tone volume to be adjusted on and off.
