Q: QuestionLove the stove. The only thing I dislike so far is the Tone Volume. I have gone into the Special Features Menu, Sound Volume (Snd), the only options are ON and OFF. No Volume options. It's too low, cannot hear in the next room. Firmware update, maybe? Pls
Asked by OddMan.
- A:Answer There are 2 settings for Sound Volume. ON and OFF. There are no levels in this oven's software. Even the manual says so. If you think there are, you are incorrect. From the manual: Sound Volume (Snd) This feature allows the oven tone volume to be adjusted on and off.

Q: QuestionCan convection oven be switched to regular gas oven? Can you preset oven cooking time to turn on and turn off?
Asked by Jacqui.
- A:Answer Hi there, we appreciate you finding time to reach out to us. The convection feature will use gas to heat as well, so you won't need to make any changes. In addition, Cook Time counts down cooking time and turns off the oven when the cooking time is complete. You can select a desired cook time and use the number pads to program a baking temperature. Press the Cook Time pad and use the number pads to program a cooking time in hours and minutes. Then, press Start. This can only be used with Bake, Convection Bake, Convection Roast, and Air Fry. With that said, please know you cannot turn off the Cook Time without turning off the oven, so you may want to use the Timer feature instead since the oven will continue to operate when the timer countdown is complete. We hope this information is found useful and we're wishing you the very best. You'd make a great addition to our GEA family. - Guy@GEA
