It's a 3/8" water line, grey plastic. Not the typical 1/4" like on a refrigerator water line.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The hose it pretty small in diameter, I’d say a little smaller than a power washer hose - it’s plenty large for the units pump to keep up with and is a somewhat rigid plastic keeping it from kinking.

Please see page 7 in your manual to view a diagram of the hose. https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-5000628.pdf&_ga=2.27426367.2095697884.1647275862-1891068205.1646433146&_gac=1.16525954.1644625706.EAIaIQobChMI39DQi_T49QIVghB9Ch0YowtjEAAYASAAEgLi__D_BwE Note: A garden hose may work better for you. To use a garden hose you remove the bucket from the front of the unit. Open the drain cover on the back of the unit. Thread a standard garden hose onto the drain nozzle. Cut the hose to length and lead it to the floor drain. Replace the bucket on the unit. The bucket must be in place for the drain pump to operate. The pump only activates when the bucket is full. The bucket may not be totally empty when the water is pumped out. This is considered normal. If you have any questions in the future, please let us know. We are happy to help! Joyce@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's only about 1/2 to 3/4 inch diameter (sorry I don't have it here so can't send you a picture or exact size). Unfortunately the drain hose didn't work at all for us. We have been emptying it manually.
