When the dehumidifier will not shut off when the bucket is full or when the air reaches the desired set point, it is not operating properly. You may try to reset the dehumidifier by disconnecting power for 30 seconds and re-connecting the power. If the issue persists, please call 833-4-BODEWELL for further assistance.
