Hi Ken - Thanks for choosing GE! Yes, GE and GE Profile double oven ranges allow you to cook two different dishes at two different temperatures at the same time. Multi-tasking at its finest! The wiring does not have to be different (Amp Rating at 208V/240V= 40A; KW Rating at 208V= 12.0; KW Rating at 240V =16.0).
