“Is this both a high heat self cleaning oven and steam cleaning?”

• Yes. I had a fit when my hot fudge cake boiled over, but I wiped up what I could and put a damp dishcloth over the rest. When I got ready for bed I checked to see if it helped, and the whole mess came out without the cleaning cycle!!! I would recommend trying this before trying the high-heat cycle, although I haven't tried it yet.
