• A:Answer I saw something about using Wifi to air fry. Not sure why that would be so. I put on the air fry function once since I have it. It cooked fast and I did not use Wifi. Whether or not it actually air fried is anyone's guess though. Try calling the G-E toll free number for any questions, they are a big help. I called them to find out how to lock the control pad when not in use. Every time I wiped down the keypad everything would turn on. The way it needs to be done is different than everything I saw. You need to hold the "0" down for 3 seconds to lock and then press down again another 3 seconds to unlock.

If you haven't owned one before you will be thrilled with the convenience of having two ovens during gatherings with family and friends. This range does not offer any type of ventilation and it's entirely up to you if you choose to install an overhead vent hood or take it a step further and install an over-the-range microwave, or our remarkable over-the-range SpeedCook Advantium oven, each of these will serve not only as your vent hood but offer additional cooking options as well. Q: QuestionDoes this Electric Stove have a counter lip on the sides? I do not want a gap between the stove and our countertops. I cannot tell from the pictures.

Q: QuestionDoes the bottom oven automatically convert temperature for convection cooking? For example. I roast Brussels sprouts normally at 425. If I use the convection oven, should I make the temp 375 or if I put at 425 will it automatically convert?

• A:Answer Yes, the bottom oven does have an Auto Recipe Conversion feature. When using Convection Bake cooking, Auto Recipe Conversion will automatically convert the regular baking temperatures entered to convection bake cooking temperatures when turned on. Note that this option does not convert convection bake cooking times, it only converts temperatures. This feature may be turned On or Off. To learn more, see page 12 of the Owner’s Manual which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website.

Q: QuestionI notice it only has one timer and two ovens. Can you use both ovens at the same time and set the timer for each ovens cook time? Or the timer only works with one oven at at time but not when both ovens are being used? THanks

• A:Answer Hello- Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! The Timer (Timer On/Off) is a stand alone timer that can be used with an oven, a burner on top or even all by itself when not cooking. However, there is only one Timer so it can only be used with one oven at a time. You can have both ovens on at the same time, but can only use the Timer with one of the ovens. We hope this helps!
