A:AnswerHello ll7163,
Thank you for your interest in GE Appliances. l am happy to help. For any size oven, the food item should have a minimum of one inch air space on all sides: top, bottom, right, left and back wall.
The (lower oven) will hold a turkey about 20 lbs.
Note: The turkeys we test are normally in the 20-25lb range, and in those cases we use the lower oven of the double oven. We do not have any information on turkey sizes for the upper oven, nor do we recommend cooking whole turkeys/chickens/hams in the upper oven. I hope this is helpful. We appreciate you checking with us. Lisa from GE Appliances.
A:AnswerHi Chris28387, thanks for your question! No, the double ovens on this model cannot be formed into one, very large, oven. We apologize for any sort of disappointment that this may bring. If you have other questions, feel free to let us know! Stay safe. -Michael
A:AnswerHi there - Great question! We're finding that this range does not have an Air Fry cooking mode. Thanks so much for considering GE Appliances! -Mikayla
A:AnswerHi there, that you for reaching out! The dimensions listed on our website are approximate. But the unit is designed to fit into a 30" wide cutout space. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us or Best Buy. We hope that this helps! Stay safe.

A:AnswerHi there - Thanks so much for showing interest in our slide in ranges! We currently do not offer any slide in gas ranges ranges with built-in downdraft venting. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Feel free to reach out to us on social media if you have any other questions. Best wishes! -Mikayla@GEA
A:AnswerHi JeffW! Thanks for your question. We found that you can use only a flat-bottomed wok with a diameter of 14 inches or less. Make sure the wok bottom sits flat on the grate. Do not use a wok support ring. Placing a ring over the burner or grate may cause the burner to work improperly, resulting in carbon monoxide levels above allowable standards. This could be hazardous to your health. We have grates on certain ranges that can be reversed to hold a wok, but not for this model. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us at our contact page. Stay safe! Emily@GEA
A:AnswerHi SacramentoBuyer! Thanks for your question. This unit has a Electronic ignition system. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us at: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/contact.htm

Thank you for reaching out to us about this amazing convection range. This is a great question and we are happy to help. The interior of your new oven can be cleaned manually or by using Steam Clean or Self Clean modes. The Steam Clean feature is for cleaning light soil from

Pour one cup of water into the bottom of the oven. 4. Close the door. 5. Press the clean pad, select steam clean and then press start/enter. We hope this information helps, feel free to reach out again with any other questions you may have. Have a great day!-Avery@GEA
