- Answer The cooktop is enamel porcelain, I haven’t had any problems with cleaning so far but I usually clean my stove every time I finish with it. I had the same concern cause my last stove was stainless but so far so good

QuestionCan you Bake in one oven & Broil in the other at the same time?

- Answer Yes, though the broil option is only for the lower oven. So far, I am in love with this stove. The two ovens are a blessing. I dropped cheese covered bread through the rack while broiling, it was too difficult to pull out and fully expected a burnt mess but it wiped off easily.

QuestionHow many pound turkey would the oven fit? Top or bottom?

- Answer I just cooked a 22 pound Turkey in bottom oven with no problem. It fit just right. The only problem is that it’s heavy to have to lean all the way down with.

QuestionI saw the top oven is a “normal” oven, while the bottom is a convection. Is the bottom strictly convection or can it be used as a traditional oven also?

- Answer The lower oven can do regular bake, convection, broil, and air fry. Note, I believe the air fry function is newer and mine came with it purchased in May 2022.

- Answer Hello! The oven on your gas range is lit by electric ignition, eliminating the need for a gas standing pilot light. 1990 and newer gas ovens cannot be lit without power supplied to it. You cannot light the oven using a match. We're sorry for an inconvenience. We hope this helps. -Gina@GEA

- Answer Hello - Thanks for your question; we are happy to help! In the event of a power failure, the surface burners may be lit with a match. Using extreme caution, hold a lit match near the ports beneath the surface burner cap, then slowly turn the knob to the LITE position. Once lit, surface burners will continue to operate normally. In the event of a power failure, the ovens are inoperable and no attempt should be made to operate them. Thanks for checking. Olga@GEA
