Q: QuestionWhen I use the air fry option, the smell of gas (the smell when you start the oven) lingers for about 13 minutes. Is it normal for the fan to push the smell of has out for that long? It only happens on air fry. Best Buy can't send a tech for 2 weeks.

Q: QuestionWhat color is this cooktop actually? The description says gray, the photos look black. And I visited the model in person and it was an ugly brown/grey, the salesman said it could be an "older floor model"... so what do the current ones look like?

• A:Answer The previous answer is incorrect. This model has a dark gray cooktop. The Premier model is matte black. This oven will not match other black appliances.

Q: QuestionI am trying to get to my special features by pressing the bake and broil pads at the same time on the lower oven pad and nothing is displayed. Am I doing it incorrectly.

• A:Answer The information about accessing the special features menu is incorrect in the documentation that came with the range and in the owner's manual online and also in the answer given by the GE representative in the previous response. I could not access the special features menu even after spending 30 minutes on the phone with the GE support desk. I set up a repair appointment, but just now someone from GE called me to explain that the correct way to access the menu is to hold down the Bake and Warm keypads on the Lower Oven control pad. That worked for me so the service call was not needed.
