“Can this freezer be used in the garage and is the motor and compressor insulated”

• We've got the freezer in the basement, generally it hasn't gotten below 50 down there. As far as an insulated motor and compressor, its behind shielding but doesnt seem to be insulated against freezing temps

• Hi - Yes, the freezer is "garage ready" and tested to perform from 0°F to 110°F. The cabinet and lid have foam insulation. Thanks for choosing GE! SUE@GEA
