I don't know, my dryer gets hot on the cotton cycle
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, thank you for reaching out about your dryer. Your dryer should be getting hot for the cottons and casuals setting and we're sorry to hear that it is having this issue. We understand this could be very frustrating. Check out the following tips: Make sure you have the right cycle selection, fabric setting and temperature selection. The cycle should be set to a dry cycle and not fluff or cool down. Make sure the front of dryer is not blocked. Proper air flow is needed for the dryer to dry properly. The dryer should be on a separate, dedicated 120-volt outlet. Make sure the gas line has been turned on for new installations. If the gas line is turned on and the unit runs but still does not heat, we suggest that you contact service. If these do not solve the issue, we recommend reaching out to our GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737. Please reach out to us with any other questions, as we're always here to help! -Kacie@GEA
