“Had this dryer about a week now & have a question. Do I turn the timer dial turn clockwise, counterclockwise, or either when setting? It seems hard to turn either way. I read the instruction booklet a couple of times Couldn't find any reference.”

• I don't have a problem if you can call the store or manufacture. Mine I have no problem turning the knob.
