Yes you can but I would rather spent a other 20 bucks to get at least a New power cord. Better safe than sorry.

We would not recommend using equipment from another branded appliance or from one that is older with a new GE Appliances model. We have not tested and approved this to be safe for installation. Information about exhausting your dryer starts on page 12 of the unit's installation instructions. - Most electric dryer power cords are sold separately to ensure that they comply with all state and local wiring codes. These codes can vary significantly from state to state, and even, city to city. Since it is not possible to anticipate the final destination of a dryer as it leaves the assembly line and install the proper cord, the local dealer will usually provide the power cord. The cord type will vary according to the home's wiring (ex. 3-wire connection vs 4-wire connection). We hope that this helps!
